Never trust, I bought expensive food processor, one of the part stopped working just after few times, and there is no part available (out of stock).I left review but Ninja deleted on their website.

Ninja foodie brilliant BUT customer services appalling, it took nine phone calls all to different operatives to get a replacement sent , needs a shake up I couldn’t get to speak to a supervisor or manager, seriously needs looking into.

What a fantastic company. Very quick despatch of orders, excellent communications, love my Ninja Airfryer 1600. My question re accessories to Customer support was handled very quickly, and efficiently

I have reached out to guys so many times via phone since cancellations and asked for my refund back. Till this morning I haven’t received no refund. I have spoken to so many of your customer service department they said it will be refunded in 2 hours some said it will get refund within 24 hours and some said it would be in your account in 48 hours. No one know what’s going on. I want to raise a complain for miscommunication and deceiving me and providing me wrong timing and not giving me my refund back. And also wasting my time by chasing this refund.I will take this further. I am not happy with your service and also I haven’t received any service from you guys.

Wasn’t happy that my original item broke in less than 6month

only the lid i ordered was in stock now its not so unable to give my opinion

Device purchased is excellent and top quality but do not give much information on how to use all settings to cook, bit vague in some areas so a challenge to find out and experiments needed

Your website states that you aim for next day delivery. I appreciate that now is a busy time, but you took £260 from me and the only correspondence I have received is asking me for a review. Most companies take payment when items are dispatched. You have my money but don't feel the need to keep me updated on if and when I will receive my order? Quote from my order confirmation "Due to Black Friday, we're currently experiencing a high volume of orders, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time."Up to 7 days - my order took 10 working days. It wasn't urgent, but updates are very much appreciated when you are unable to do what you claim. I wouldn't have minded if you had the decency to let me know it was going to take more time.
